So I was clicking through your gallery, (admittedly, for boobs) and I noticed you like One Piece. That's pretty cool, much like this pic.
The title at the bottom reminds me eerily of Bleach.

Tony Stark has nothing against Franky, that's for sure.
You certainly catch the character very good and blend it with your own style.
The only thing I wonder is if the blue color isn't just a bit to bright. Now, I know my computer screen isn't top-seeded, but the blue actually fades a little to much against the white. But apart from that, it's a very nice picture.

Great drawing of Franky, he looks very cool. You did a very good job using nearly just one color for the whole image, and looks almost flawless, except that the second link (from right to left) of the chain is open and not complete.
Still a grat image, and very consistent with Oda's style, yet clearly using your own.
