Commission for :icondeathtronhammer: Sort of a sequel to an oekaki picture I did but never got around to uploading. I normally don't draw girls this big because even I think it's silly.

Despite the fact that you only draw Fang when you get payed to do it, do you see Fang as one of your Original Characters?

Yes, in every sense that probably matters. Like, if someone else were to draw her I'd probably want to be credited for her creation and the like.

Having said that, while I put effort into keeping the commissions "in character", I didn't really have any plans for her beyond the first oekaki picture. That's really the sticking point that keeps me from taking commissions for characters like Kokoro or the Miss Mars cast.

I also got a fair bit of carte blanche which allowed me to be creative with these and I tend not to get that from commissions, so I thank my patron for that.

Basically rather than the usual process of requesting a single concept we workshopped a couple different ones, and given how complicated it is to draw girls this size I did a few rough sketches so that we could decide on the best one. In this case we settled on her sleeping and in that pose as it was the best of the lot.

As far as how many were ordered, I only ever take commissions on a case by case basis, one at a time.

Fair enough. You know despite the fact you don't like to draw girls this big, you should try to draw more of kokoro or the forgotten Alice more often as a fair amount of people do like it when you draw it.

P.S. How many pictures did your patron pay for, as I would like to see more of your creativeness in regards to Fang. Also, if your not feeling inspired check out Neme303 [link]
